  • Hosting services are provided based on selected packages, and users must comply with fair usage policies.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Any content or software developed by Trust-IT (BD) Ltd remains our property until full payment is made.

  • Upon final delivery and payment, rights may be transferred to the client as per agreement.

6. Service Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party service providers

  • Data loss due to user negligence

  • Delays caused by incomplete client inputs

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received

  • There is a violation of our usage policies

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

  • Once a project has started or been delivered, it is non-refundable.

  • If the project has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment, we may issue a 50% refund, minus any processing or admin costs.

3. Service Issues

If there is a verifiable technical issue caused by us (not due to third-party services or client-side errors), we will:

  • Attempt to resolve it first

  • Offer a replacement or adjustment if necessary

4. No Refunds for:

  • Client delays or unresponsiveness

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Third-party disruptions (e.g. Google Ads bans, hosting outages)

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer or bKash
