5. Intellectual Property

  • Any content or software developed by Trust-IT (BD) Ltd remains our property until full payment is made.

  • Upon final delivery and payment, rights may be transferred to the client as per agreement.

6. Service Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party service providers

  • Data loss due to user negligence

  • Delays caused by incomplete client inputs

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received

  • There is a violation of our usage policies

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
